At 7:15 – 08:00 Am Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Dong Hoi or Phong Nha City and start the Paradise Cave and Dark Cave Tour – Private Tour with Vietnam Shore Excursions. This cave is 75km from Dong Hoi city and 25km from Phong Nha city, so the travel time will differ. On arrival, we will take the buggy to get to the foot of the mountain and start to hike to the gate of Paradise Cave. Deposit Cancellation Terms:

If customers cancel some or all portions of the booking regardless of the reasons, the customers agree to pay cancellation fees as follows:

• If you cancel the trip 39 – 30 days beforethe arrival, you will lose 10% of the full payment.
• If you cancel the trip 29 – 15 days beforethe arrival, you will lose 30% of the full payment.
• If you cancel the trip 14 – 7 days beforethe arrival, you will lose 50% of the full payment.
• If you cancel the trip 6 – 2 days before the arrival, you will lose 75% of the full payment.
• If you cancel less than 2 days, you will lose 100% of the full payment.
