- The remaining balance can be paid in cash (USD or Vietnamese Dong at the prevailing exchange rate) at the end of your tour or paid online in advance.
- Please note, a 3% processing fee will be added to all payments made via PayPal, credit card, or debit card.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our local team.
- 40 days or more before the tour: We will refund your deposit in full.
- 39 – 30 days before the tour: You will be charged 10% of the full tour price.
- 29 – 15 days before the tour: You will be charged 30% of the full tour price.
- 14 – 7 days before the tour: You will be charged 50% of the full tour price.
- 6 – 2 days before the tour: You will be charged 75% of the full tour price.
- Less than 2 days before the tour: You will be charged 100% of the full tour price.
