Booking and Payment: To confirm your booking for the Hai Van Pass Jeep Tour, a 60% deposit is required upon receipt of our PayPal invoice. The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your tour. You can pay the balance in cash (USD or VND) or online in advance via PayPal, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
Payment Processing Fee: Please note that all online payments via PayPal, Credit Card, or Debit Card (for both the deposit and the final balance) are subject to an additional 3% fee to cover banking and transaction services.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, the following fees will apply based on the number of days before your scheduled tour date. All percentages are calculated based on the full tour payment.
- 40 or more days before arrival: Full refund of your deposit.
- 39 – 30 days before arrival: Lose 10% of the full payment.
- 29 – 15 days before arrival: Lose 30% of the full payment.
- 14 – 7 days before arrival: Lose 50% of the full payment.
- 6 – 2 days before arrival: Lose 75% of the full payment.
- Less than 2 days before arrival: Lose 100% of the full payment.
