Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the full payment amount:
- Cancel 40 days or more before arrival: A full refund of your deposit will be issued.
- Cancel 39 – 30 days before arrival: You will lose 10% of the full payment.
- Cancel 29 – 15 days before arrival: You will lose 30% of the full payment.
- Cancel 14 – 7 days before arrival: You will lose 50% of the full payment.
- Cancel 6 – 2 days before arrival: You will lose 75% of the full payment.
- Cancel less than 2 days before arrival: You will lose 100% of the full payment.
