The remaining balance can be paid at the end of your tour in cash (USD or VND at the prevailing exchange rate) or online in advance. Please note, a 3% bank service fee will be applied to all online payments made via PayPal, credit cards, or debit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will be applied based on the date of your cancellation.
- 40+ days before arrival: Full deposit refund.
- 39 – 30 days before arrival: 10% of the full payment will be forfeited.
- 29 – 15 days before arrival: 30% of the full payment will be forfeited.
- 14 – 7 days before arrival: 50% of the full payment will be forfeited.
- 6 – 2 days before arrival: 75% of the full payment will be forfeited.
- Less than 2 days before arrival: 100% of the full payment will be forfeited.
