The remaining balance is due at the end of your tour. You can pay in cash (USD or Vietnamese Dong/VND at the exchange rate on the day of the tour) or in advance online via PayPal, Credit Card, or Debit Card.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below. The following fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation:
- 40 or more days before arrival: Full deposit refund.
- 39 – 30 days before arrival: 10% of the total tour price is forfeited.
- 29 – 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total tour price is forfeited.
- 14 – 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price is forfeited.
- 6 – 2 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price is forfeited.
- Less than 2 days before arrival: 100% of the total tour price is forfeited.
