- A 60% deposit is required upon your receipt of our PayPal invoice for this tour.
- The remaining balance can be paid in cash (USD or local currency VND at the exchange rate prevailing on the day) at the end of your tour, or paid online in advance via PayPal, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
- Important Note: An extra 3% bank service charge will apply if you pay your deposit or the total payment via PayPal, Credit Card, or Debit Card.

If customers cancel some or all portions of the booking, regardless of the reasons, the following cancellation fees apply:

- 39-30 days before arrival: 10% of the full payment forfeited.
